Field Trip to Lanark
Today I went with Braxton on his field trip to Lanark...why he wanted me there, I don't know. For one he didn't want me to walk beside him. He said I needed to walk in the back where the other parents were and two this was such a DADDY kind of place!!! Regardless it was a fantastic day and probably one of the best field trips that he has been on. It was a great learning experience for all of them. The guides there were so nice and very patient with the kids. They really knew there stuff!!

Looking at all their "critters"...the girls even got into it! (You can see Braxton's teacher's beautiful pink cast in the background...bless her heart she just couldn't stand to let her kids go without her, she LOVES them and they adore her as well)
They have their waders on and are ready to go deep in the pond to see what else they can catch in their nets.

EASTER
I love this time of year...sunshine, warmer temps, flip flops and most importantly, Easter. Mason had his Easter egg hunt and party Friday to begin our fun-filled weekend. We went to the park to meet up with his teacher and classmates. He had the best time playing with his friends, hunting eggs, and eating yummy food. I am so glad that I am able to enjoy these days with my boys! Saturday we went to Mom and Dad's to cook-out, and hunt more eggs with Avery Grace. Sunday of course was church then back to Mom's for lunch and one more egg hunt before AG, Chris and Amanda headed back home to Georgia. We had a super time hanging out with the family. Happy Easter 2011!!!

Road Trip
Last weekend Cullen went on his first road trip to meet his new friend Amelia Klaire. Melissa and I had these sweet babies only one day apart. Our last babies (Mason and Anderson) were 3 weeks apart, so we have been through two pregnancies together. It was so nice to get these two together and spend some time catching up. We are looking forward to many more playdates with miss Amelia Klaire :)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MASON!
We celebrated Mason's 4th birthday this weekend at the YMCA. He has been looking forward to his birthday ever since Braxton had his in January. He had a blast and several of his little buddies from school came as well as our sweet neighbor friends. I can hardly believe he is four already...it goes by so fast. He is so full of personality and we never know what he will say or do next. He definitely keeps us on our toes, but we love it. Happy Birthday Mason, we love you so much!!!!

A day with Mason
Mason and I enjoyed a day at the zoo yesterday. It was so nice to spend the day with just him. We do not get too many opportunities for one-on-one days so this was a super sweet treat. I loved every minute of it and had the best time with him.

Spring Ball
Braxton's team this year is the Colorado Rockies and they have dominated the past few games...let's hope they keep it going!! There are several boys on the team that Braxton has played with for several seasons, so they have a good time together. It is also a plus that the mama's and daddy's already know each other, it makes the games much more fun. Especially since we spend so much time together this time of year. They really are a great group of boys that can really play some baseball!! We are looking forward to a great season...GO ROCKIES!!
