All Stars

Sub Districts have started...district start next week! Let's go Millbrook National!! We love you #14!!

Big Apple Adventure

We have completed a fantastic week of Bible School! I got a little taste of what it is going to be like getting 3 boys up and ready to be somewhere by a certain time! YIKES...we better be getting some more practice...We were on time 2 out of the 5 days :) It was difficult getting them to get UP and get MOVING quickly, they are already so used to lying around for awhile before having anywhere to go. But it was all worth it when we got there, great teachers, tons of kids, and lots of important information learned! VBS is always one of my favorite times in the summer and I always look forward to it!

15 WEEKS

I don't know how it has been 15 weeks already??!! But it has and we love this sweet little boy so much. He is such a joy and always so happy! (Well, he has a bad moment every now and then...haha) He's just along for the ride...which is a good thing because that has been pretty much his life since he has been here...in the car or in the stroller. We are always on the go. He has spent more time at the ballpark than at home and he loves it. Loves to be outside, loves to be around people, and loves to see his brother play ball...not really but when he does realize his brother is out there on the field and that is why we spend so much time there, I am sure he will be grinning from ear to ear!!

Cullen 15 weeks

Eating 7 oz. every 3 hours

Loves to play on his mat, in the swing and his newest love is the exersaucer!!

He wants to hold onto something when he gets sleepy, and also sucks his paci.

Sleeps in his crib, as of a week ago, ALL night and usually until 8:30 or 9:00 in the morning.

He is very observant and looks at everything! He loves when people talk to him and usually responds with a big ole grin.

We are having a ball with him, and enjoying every second, every mile stone and every bit of sugar he can give!!

Terrific Tuesday

Today, when the boys were swimming at the YMCA, I looked around the pool at the other 75 kids that were there playing and realized how close my boys really are. They didn't need anyone else to play with, to be content with, to race with, dive with, jump off the diving board or slide with. They were perfectly happy just being together, just the two of them. Now it is not this way all the time but I cherish the times like this one today!! I love watching them together and hope that they stay best friends forever!

Closing Ceremonies

Braxton had his closing ceremonies after his last game Saturday afternoon, and it was a scorcher!! So glad that I was only watching and not playing in a game. Mom stayed home with Cullen so he didn't have to get out in this heat. Congrats to the Rockies...2nd place!!

Braxton getting his trophy from Coach Steve

After the team trophies, they began announcing the 7-8 year old All Stars...and Braxton was one of them!!! He is the only 7 year selected this year! We are so proud of him, and we are looking forward to watching him play some more this summer!! Way to go Braxton!!

Here he is getting his All Star trophy.

Sand, Sun and TONS of Fun!!

We just returned from a great week at the beach. The weather was absolutely perfect (until the last day...when it was a scorcher) nice cool breeze on the beach, water was clear and waves were roaring!! We had a blast and for the first time ever stayed on the ground level...and it was great to just walk right out of our room to the pool and boardwalk. That will be our #1 request from now on. The boys could stay out on the beach from sun up to sun down...they absolutely LOVE the beach. I am so glad that we were able to go and celebrate the end of school and beginning of summer.

Avery Grace and Mason had a good time with one another and played together well...most of the time!

Cullen enjoyed his first trip to the beach, and did so much better than I thought. We had to take the entire house with us but it was well worth it because we loved having him there so much!

Another Nap on the beach...he fell asleep sitting straight up, he was so tired. The sun worn him out~

He did a lot of this...anywhere and everywhere he could lay his little head.

Goodbye 1st Grade!!

Braxton finished this school year the same as he started...a super star student!!! He did awesome this year and we are so very proud of him. His teacher was fabulous and loved him so much and we are so thankful for wonderful people like her. All A's for the entire year plus more AR points than I can remember makes for a super proud Mama! Now we can enjoy the summer together and look forward to another fantastic year at Prattville Primary!! Way to go Braxton, we are so proud of you!!!!!
